Are WhatsApp message fees included?+
No. Meta bills WhatsApp Business Platform messages directly to the WhatsApp Business Account that sends them, per its published rate card. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free under Meta's current pricing. ArrowFlow plans cover the software only.
Do I need my own WhatsApp number?+
Yes. Each workspace connects its own WhatsApp Business number through the Cloud API, so clients see your brand and your verified business name.
What counts as an onboarding?+
A conversation session started by a client in a calendar month, whether it is completed or not. Simulator previews never count.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. The ArrowTech team can move your workspace between plans at any time; limits update immediately.
